Very patient and kind! It took a few attempts in and out of the market to find a home we liked. Yolanda was very patient with us during our search including accommodating short notice showing appointments when possible. Once we found our home she and her team were on top of things ensuring inspections were complete, providing negotiation strategy assistance, and regular updates. Made buying my first home feel so simple. I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about buying home during covid times. Yolanda and Terry was professional and personal! They never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way.
